Making an Enquiry

To enquire about treatment, book a consultation, or ask questions about procedures and pricing, please use our online enquiry form or call us directly at (02) 9129 0009.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1-2 business days. Our team will contact you to discuss your needs and arrange a convenient appointment time.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

  • •Your referral letter from your dentist (if applicable)
  • •Any recent X-rays or scans (or we can request these from your dentist)
  • •Your Medicare card and private health insurance details
  • •A list of any medications you're currently taking
  • •Information about any allergies or medical conditions
  • •A list of questions you'd like to discuss

Payment and Insurance

We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, credit card, and bank transfer. Payment is expected on the day of your consultation or procedure unless alternative arrangements have been made.

If you have private health insurance with dental cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on your treatment. We can provide you with itemized receipts to submit to your health fund. Please check your level of cover with your insurer prior to treatment.

Medicare rebates are available for some oral surgery procedures when certain criteria are met. We will advise you if your treatment is eligible for a Medicare rebate.
